Free USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority shipping offer valid in the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska and US territories and APOs are excluded from this offer. Free shipping will generally take 3-6 business days, however, delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS. Offer is not valid on expedited orders. Expedited orders will only be processed through UPS. We reserve the right to ship the most economical method.
Lost Packages:
If the USPS delivery confirmation states your package has been successfully delivered to your address, we will not replace the order if it has been stolen or misplaced at the property.
If an USPS package does not reach its destination, we will do our best to replace your order in a timely manner. In such an instance, we will require a letter to be signed by you and sent back to us stating that the package was never received. If we do not receive a signed letter regarding the lost package, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement order.
