Terms of Sale
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship COD. Payment in US funds may be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please submit your order in advance and allow us to calculate your exact total BEFORE you send payment, as items may be unavailable and shipping varies.

Orders may be placed through our on-line secure shopping cart or by e-mail sent to orders@accentsbeads.com. If ordering via e-mail, please be sure to indicate payment information, phone number (daytime) and e-mail address. If you do not wish to e-mail your credit card information (e-mail submissions are not secure), please indicate a phone number and time you can be contacted and we will call you for that information. Please note we will not process any orders that do not have complete payment information. We do not open e-mails with attachments. Please be aware that any subsequent changes to an order may delay shipping.
Phone
Orders may be placed by calling 301-881-2003, Option 2. There will be an Accents Beads staff member available to take your order from 9:00AM – 5:00PM, EST Monday through Friday. Regrettably we cannot take phone orders on Saturdays. We ask that you please have your order written out before calling. Please be aware that any subsequent changes to an order may delay shipping.

Out of Stocks
We are continuously updating the site to reflect current inventory and to indicate which items are out of stock. If any item is critical to your order please make note (you can use the comments box for the on-line order-form) so that we can contact you before shipping your order and arrange for substitutions (if applicable). We do not call about out-of-stock items unless you specifically request that we do so.
Notification
If you have supplied us with an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notification of your order completion, including tracking number. Your package can be tracked at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICKUPS.
Catalog
We do not have a printed catalog.
Backorders
Currently we are not processing backorders.
