Shipping and Returns

Shipping within the Continental US

Orders within the United States are shipped by UPS only. For ground shipments please allow 1-6 days delivery time. For expedited processing and shipping you may select UPS Next Day service or, if applicable, UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery. All orders requesting a Next Day shipment option, received by 1:00PM EST, Monday-Friday, will ship that same day. For expedited shipping only you may also choose from UPS 2 Day or UPS 3 Day services; these options will not decrease processing time, but will offer expedited delivery time once the order has left our facility. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please inform us by using the comments box in the cart checkout. We will ship your order to meet your deadline in the most cost effective way possible.

Shipping to Canada

Orders to Canada are shipped by UPS only. Shipping sharges to Canada vary from the Continental US quoted options in the shopping cart based upon destination. You will be informed of your shipping choices and the associated costs before your order is processed; this notification should come within one- to two business days after you have submitted your order.

Shipping Outside of US / Canada

All orders shipping outside of the United States and Canada must be paid via PayPal or International Money Order; credit cards are not accepted. Please contact us by e-mail to orders@accentsbeads.com or by phone at 301-881-2003 Option 2, for further details on shipping rates and times.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Accents Mail Order Department within 7 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be received in original condition. If an item is returned not in its original condition, or more than 21 days after purchase, it will be returned to you and you will be charged for any additional shipping. Returns may also effect pricing based on recalculation of volume discounts. CHAINS, 14KT GOLD AND SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

We are happy to accept your returns (for credit to your credit card or next purchase) or your exchanges, however, to return an item for exchange/return you must:

  1. Return the item in its original and re-saleable condition (i.e. packaged items in their original packaging, strands or beads on their original cord, not loose)
  2. The items for return must be packaged securely (we cannot accept merchandise damaged because of improper or inadequate packaging)
  3. The entire item must be returned (you cannot return 90 pieces of a 100 pack item, nor, for example, 20 unused clasps when your original order was for 50 pieces)
  4. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  5. The request for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  6. The return must have a return authorization marked clearly on the outside of your packaging (you may obtain the return authorization numbers from us by phone or e-mail)

The return must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
