You can specify that you would like the class charged to your last credit card on file (if you are a repeat student). If you are registering by fax, please be aware of any relevant pre-requisites your chosen class(es) may have.
Phone orders, e-mails and faxes will be processed in the order received. Registrations
done in the store are processed immediately. The student is not considered registered
until payment is received. Payments by e-mail (or fax) are NOT valid for registration
if there are no spaces available in the class or the student does not have the pre-requisite(s)
necessary.
Restrictions Courtesies:
Course material is suitable for adults and children age 14 and older. Please note that
students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is also registered for
the class(es). Call the Class Coordinator if you have any questions about this policy.
Students may not bring guests.
We do not provide child care of any type. If you
are registered for a class, you cannot bring your children or infants with you, so
please make other arrangements.
We ask that students arrive 15 minutes prior to
the start of the class. This will give you the opportunity to make yourself comfortable,
meet fellow students and double-check that you have all of the supplies you will need.
If you cannot be early, please make every effort not to be disruptive when entering
class. It is a discourtesy to your instructor and your fellow students. Instructors
are not responsible for "catching up" tardy or late students.
Please, please, please...set
your cell phones to vibrate (if you must have them on) and leave the room if you
must take a call.
Thank you on behalf of everyone.
Cancellation:
All classes have a student minimum determined by the course material and the instuctor's
requirement. Please keep in mind when registering. If a class should fall short
of the minimum number of students required, class will be cancelled. Sometimes,
it is possible to reschedule the class for a later date that is convenient to the
majority. Should we not be able to do that, you will receive a full refund/credit of the class fee.
Refund/Credit:
A refund/credit is defined as a refund/credit to your charge card or cash refund
if paid in cash. We are unable to apply class credits to store merchandise. We are
unable to hold your refund as a student credit (you should transfer it immediately
to another class). If a class is paid for with a gift certificate, a refund will
be made in the form of a gift certificate (not cash).
Refund/ Credit Schedule:
If you absolutely must cancel your registration for a class, the refund/credit schedule is as follows:
Full Refund/Credit:
Cancellation must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to class date. For example: You have registered for a class on Friday of any given week. In order to receive a full refund/credit, you must cancel your registration by 5:00PM on the Friday prior to your scheduled class.
50% Refund/Credit:
Cancellation must be made three (3) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to class date. For example: You have registered for a class on Friday of any given week. In order to receive a 50% refund/credit, you must cancel your registration by 5:00PM on the Tuesday prior to your scheduled class.
No Refund/Credit:
No refund/credit will be issued to students canceling less than three (3) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to class date. You may, however, find someone else to attend class in your place.
If you (or a family member) becomes ill such that you cannot attend class, please call us as soon as possible so that we make every effort to fill your space in the class. If we are able to find someone to attend in your place, we will be able to transfer your class fee to another course/date without penalty. No refund/credit will be issued.
If it becomes evident that you are a habitual canceller, Accents Beads reserves the right to place you only as a stand-by student for future classes, reserving a class space for other students first.
If a teacher cancels a class, we will make every effort to rescedule the class for a later date that is convenient to the majority. Should we not be able to do that, you can transfer your registration to an alternate course or request a full refund/credit of the class fee.
If inclement weather forces cancellation of class, we will make every effort to reschedule the class for a later date that is convenient to the majority. Should we not be able to do that, you can transfer your registration to an alternate course or request a refund/ credit of the class fee.
